Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of product quality, not an add-on. New pages and features are designed, built and reviewed against the standards below before they ship, and we fix reported barriers as a priority.
2. Standards we follow
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C, our design and engineering target.
- European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable since 28 June 2025, and the harmonised standard EN 301 549 for ICT products and services offered in the EU.
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States, and Section 508 requirements where we serve U.S. federal customers.
- The UK Equality Act 2010 and the accessibility laws of the other countries where we operate.
3. Conformance status
qooly.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most content meets the standard, and the exceptions we know about are listed in section 5. We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes. It was last reviewed on the date shown above.
4. What we have built in
- A "Skip to main content" link on every page
- Full keyboard access with visible focus indicators
- A logical heading structure and landmark regions on every page
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative visuals are hidden from screen readers
- Labels, inline error messages and autocomplete hints on form fields
- Touch targets sized for fingers on phones and tablets
- Layouts that reflow from 320px wide and support browser zoom up to 400%
- Respect for the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system: animations calm down or stop
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
5. Known limitations
We know about the following issues and are working on them:
- The interactive 3D scene on the homepage is decorative and cannot be operated with assistive technology; everything it illustrates is also explained in text
- Some animated diagrams and product previews convey their meaning visually; we are adding fuller text descriptions
- A few small secondary text elements may fall below the recommended contrast ratio
- Third-party content, such as marketplace previews and embedded media, may not fully meet our standards
If any of these stops you from doing something, contact us and we will give you the information another way.
6. Compatibility
qooly.ai is built with semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript (React / Next.js) and WAI-ARIA where native elements are not enough. It is designed to work with:
- Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile
- Screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack
- Keyboard-only navigation, switch access and voice control
- Browser zoom, text scaling, and high-contrast or forced-colour modes
7. How we test
- Automated accessibility checks during development
- Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of key journeys, such as navigation, contact and demo forms
- Layout checks at phone, tablet, laptop and wide-screen sizes
- Feedback from the people who use our site and platform
8. Feedback and help
If you meet a barrier, need content in another format, or have a suggestion, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem.
accessibility@qooly.ai
We aim to reply within 2 business days and to propose a fix or an alternative within 10 business days.
9. Enforcement and complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to accessibility@qooly.ai with "Complaint" in the subject line, and a member of our leadership team will review it.
You may also contact the authority responsible where you live. In the EU, that is the national market-surveillance authority designated under the European Accessibility Act. In the UK, it is the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com). In the United States, you can file an ADA complaint with the Department of Justice at civilrights.justice.gov.
