Use case
ERP integration without a second catalog.
SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics and Hitit stay the source. Qooly AI keeps one governed record between them and every channel you sell on.
- One recordBehind every channel
- Held, not reportedRules enforced on every write
- TraceableEvery field, back to the ERP

If your ERP and your channels…
Where the work goes when product data has no single home.
4 gaps one governed record closes
Are joined by an export script somebody inherited and nobody now owns
Disagree about stock and price, and the disagreement is settled by whoever edits last
Need a nightly batch to reconcile, so a price agreed this morning is a price that goes live tomorrow
Have produced a separate product record per channel, each edited by hand, each drifting further from the ERP
One governed record between the ERP and the channel.
Qooly reads your ERP as the source (material master in SAP S/4HANA, item records in NetSuite, item cards in Dynamics 365 Business Central, item masters in Hitit) and holds the result as one governed product record. Your business rules are enforced on every write to that record, whoever or whatever made it, and anything that fails is held for review instead of reaching a channel. A marketplace listing, your own storefront and a wholesale line sheet are then shapes of that record rather than copies of it. After launch, the agents keep availability and price correct as the ERP changes, so the integration is not a project that finishes and starts drifting.
- 01
Connectors that name your system
SAP S/4HANA material master and pricing conditions, NetSuite item records over SuiteQL, Dynamics 365 Business Central item cards over OData, Hitit item masters and store stock. Read as the source, never re-keyed.
- 02
Change capture, not full exports
Qooly reads deltas as they happen (change logs, saved searches, OData change tracking, webhooks) so an edited field travels on its own instead of waiting for the next catalog dump.
- 03
Rules enforced on the write
Required attributes, taxonomy, size conventions, media requirements, barcode validation between the ERP and the channel, pricing rules. Modeled once, applied as data arrives, held for review when it fails.
- 04
One record, reshaped per destination
Each channel gets the shape it needs (its taxonomy, its size grid, its required fields) mapped from the same record. You edit the record, not a catalog per channel.
- 05
EDI and B2B lanes, product data only
Catalog data exchanged with trading partners over OpenText, or published to NuORDER for wholesale buyers, is validated in Qooly before it leaves. Purchase orders, invoices and shipping notices stay in your ERP and your B2B network.
- 06
Every value traceable to its origin
Each field records where it came from, when it arrived and which rule let it through, so any figure on any channel can be followed back to the ERP record that produced it.

- Agent FlowEnriching & publishing
- Agent SyncSyncing every channel
- Agent StockMonitoring inventory
What changes once Qooly is in the path.
Each agent owns a part of the path.
- Enriching & publishing
Agent Flow
Flow maps incoming data to your catalog schema, validates it against your rules, enriches what is missing, routes anything needing a decision to the right approver, then releases it the moment it passes.
- Syncing every channel
Agent Sync
Sync distributes approved product data, pricing and digital assets to every connected destination in the format that destination requires, and retries what fails instead of dropping it.
- Monitoring inventory
Agent Stock
Stock keeps Available-to-Sell correct across the ERP, warehouses, retail stores and every connected channel, so what a customer can buy matches what you actually have.
See it on your own catalog.
Your systems connected, your rules applied, your channels published. No slides.
