Use case
Real-time inventory sync, held to one position.
Agent Stock keeps one Available-to-Sell position correct across ERP, warehouses, stores and every channel, in under 500ms.

- One positionERP, warehouses, stores, channels
- Held, not reportedChecked before it publishes

If your stock number is…
Where the work goes when product data has no single home.
4 gaps one governed record closes
Published from a feed that ran hours ago, so the listing and the shelf disagree all day
Spread across warehouses, retail stores and a 3PL with no single Available-to-Sell figure anywhere
Causing oversells your team then has to apologise for, one customer at a time
Reconciled by a daily ritual that is stale by the time it is finished
One Available-to-Sell figure, computed once and published everywhere.
Agent Stock aggregates every stock source you have (ERP plants and warehouses, retail stores through Shopify POS or the ERP, a 3PL feed) into one Available-to-Sell figure per SKU. Your allocation rules are applied before anything publishes: safety stock, buffers that differ per channel, assortment held back for your own storefront. Then the figure is carried to every connected channel in < 500ms, in the shape that channel expects. Availability is product data, so this is the layer Qooly governs; the order itself stays with your commerce platform and your ERP, and always does.
- 01
One Available-to-Sell calculation
Warehouses, plants, retail stores and 3PL positions are consolidated per SKU, with the reserved and committed quantities your ERP and channels report subtracted before anything publishes.
- 02
Your allocation rules, enforced
Safety stock, per-channel buffers, and assortment reserved for your own storefront ahead of everywhere else. Written as rules, applied on every recalculation, not applied by hand under pressure.
- 03
Store stock counted properly
Stock sitting in retail stores contributes to the same figure as the warehouse, read from Shopify POS or from the ERP's store-level records, so omnichannel availability is one number instead of two that argue.
- 04
A figure that breaks a rule is held
Negative positions, a feed that has gone quiet beyond your tolerance, a quantity below a floor you set: held for review rather than published. The rules refuse, instead of reporting it afterwards.
- 05
Low-stock signals your team can act on
Agent Stock flags lines approaching zero while there is still time to do something (change the listing, protect a channel, move the assortment) rather than after the last unit has gone.
- 06
Every movement leaves a record
Each recalculation records the sources that fed it, the rules that shaped it and the channels it reached, so any number a channel showed can be reconstructed later.
