Cookie Settings

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Qooly AI Inc. uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies on qooly.ai. This page explains what they are, why we use them and how long they last, and lets you change your choice at any time. It meets the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, the UK PECR, and U.S. state privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels and SDKs. "First-party" cookies are set by qooly.ai; "third-party" cookies are set by another company's service. Some last for your visit only (session); others stay until they expire or you delete them (persistent).

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Always active

Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent and cannot be switched off here.

Analytics

Optional

Google Analytics. It tells us which pages are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site. In the EU, UK and Switzerland it stays off until you allow it; elsewhere it is on unless you reject it.

Not used

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

In the EU, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are only set after you choose "Allow analytics". Elsewhere they are set unless you reject them. If you reject, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied, and advertising signals are always denied.

4. Cookieless measurement

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure site performance. They do not use cookies, do not store identifiers on your device, and do not follow you across other websites; data is aggregated.

5. Third-party content

Our homepage shows an interactive 3D scene served by Spline. When it loads, Spline's servers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, as with any web request. Links to social networks (LinkedIn, X, GitHub, YouTube, TikTok) are plain links; those services set no cookies until you visit them.

6. Your choices

  • Use the Your preference control at the top of this page to allow or reject analytics at any time. Changing your mind is as easy as giving consent, and it applies immediately.
  • We honour Global Privacy Control signals. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so GPC requires no further change.
  • Rejecting analytics does not affect how the site works.

7. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or platform from working.

To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can use Google's browser add-on.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this page when we add or change cookies, and ask for consent again where required. Questions? Email privacy@qooly.ai.
