Use case
Product data workflows that run without an operator.
Enrich, validate, approve, schedule and publish: rule-based workflows run by agents, with your team approving only the exceptions.
- No scriptsThe rules live in the platform
- Held, not reportedValidated before the write lands
- ReversibleEvery change records what it replaced
If your catalog runs on…
Where the work goes when product data has no single home.
4 gaps one governed record closes
A scheduled job that re-tags SKUs, written by somebody who has since left
A chat workflow for launch approvals that everybody has learned to route around
A spreadsheet of if-this-then-that rules that someone applies by hand on a Friday
A seasonal cleanup project, because drift accumulates steadily between them
Rules that refuse, and agents that act.
A workbench your team operates will always need someone at the desk. Qooly inverts that. Your business rules (required attributes, taxonomy, size conventions, media requirements, barcode validation, margin floors) are enforced on every write to the product record, whoever or whatever made it, and anything that fails is held for review instead of reaching a channel. Then the agents do the work: Flow enriches and releases, Price recalculates when an input changes, Stock holds Available-to-Sell, Sync distributes and retries, Scheduler owns the clock. Your team approves exceptions rather than performing the task, which is why drift stops accumulating between cleanup projects.
- 01
Rules enforced on every write
Not a completeness score and an approval queue that tells you what was wrong after it shipped. Validation happens as the write lands (from a person, an import, an API call or an agent) and failing data is held rather than published.
- 02
Agents, not operators
Flow maps, enriches and releases what passes. Price recalculates when a cost, status or discount rate changes. Stock keeps Available-to-Sell correct. Sync distributes to each destination and retries what fails. Scheduler runs the windows.
- 03
Approvals for exceptions only
Route by category, brand, channel or margin risk, so a reviewer sees the handful of records that need a decision and the rest release themselves. Approvals that no rule requires are the ones teams learn to skip.
- 04
Scheduled windows with field-level revert
Agent Scheduler opens a campaign at an exact moment and closes it at another, recording what each window changed per field, so closing it restores exactly what it touched and leaves edits made in the meantime alone.
- 05
Dry run before anything writes
Preview the records a rule would touch and the values it would set, on your real catalog, before a single write lands. The destructive bulk edit is the one nobody previewed.
- 06
Every execution leaves a record
What ran, what triggered it, which rule allowed the write, what the value replaced, and which channels received it. Any change on any channel can be explained later without reconstructing it from memory.

What changes once Qooly is in the path.
Each agent owns a part of the path.
- Enriching & publishing
Agent Flow
Flow maps incoming data to your catalog schema, validates it against your rules, enriches what is missing, routes anything needing a decision to the right approver, then releases it the moment it passes.
- Syncing every channel
Agent Sync
Sync distributes approved product data, pricing and digital assets to every connected destination in the format that destination requires, and retries what fails instead of dropping it.
- Monitoring inventory
Agent Stock
Stock keeps Available-to-Sell correct across the ERP, warehouses, retail stores and every connected channel, so what a customer can buy matches what you actually have.
See it on your own catalog.
Your systems connected, your rules applied, your channels published. No slides.
