Food and beverage product data that never loses the allergen line.

Allergens, nutrition, ingredient order and date coding are governed fields. Anything missing or contradictory is held, not published.

The reality today

Where food and beverage data goes wrong quietly

Where the work goes when product data has no single home.

4 gaps one governed record closes

Without one recordManual today
  1. The allergen declaration exists in the pack artwork and in the listing copy at the same time, and only one of them is updated when a recipe changes.

  2. Nutrition values are re-keyed per market because one market asks for a serving, another for a fixed weight, and the serving definition itself differs.

  3. Ingredient order has to follow the recipe by weight, so a single substitution quietly invalidates every ingredient list already published.

  4. Short-dated stock is counted as sellable because availability knows the quantity but nothing about the date code behind it.

Each of these is the same record, copied and fixed by hand. Qooly AI keeps one and shapes it for every channel.
How Qooly AI handles it

The declaration is part of the record, not beside it.

Allergen declarations, nutrition values, ingredient lists, date coding and storage conditions are governed fields on one product record, and your rules are enforced on every write. An allergen that appears in the ingredient list but not in the declaration is a failed write, held for review, rather than a score reported after the listing is live. Agent Flow completes and formats what each market requires, Agent Sync carries it to every connected destination, Agent Stock keeps availability honest about shelf life, and Agent Price holds price correct as cost and campaign inputs move.

With one governed recordEnforced on every write
  • 01

Declaration checked against the ingredient list

The allergen declaration and the ingredient list are governed together, so a contradiction between them is a failed write instead of a listing to correct later. Precautionary wording travels with the record to every destination that requires it.

  • 02

    Nutrition values rendered per market

Values are held once in base units and rendered into each market's required format, per serving or per fixed weight, with the serving definition itself governed on the record. One change updates every market rather than every listing.

  • 03

Ingredient order as a governed rule

Ingredients are held in declaration order and re-validated whenever the recipe changes, so a substitution cannot leave a published list in the wrong order or an old ingredient live on a channel.

  • 04

Date coding and shelf-life aware availability

Best-before and use-by attributes sit on the record, and Agent Stock reads them when it calculates Available-to-Sell. Short-dated stock is handled under the rule you set instead of being counted as if it had a full life ahead of it.

  • 05

Storage conditions, pack format and multipacks

Storage condition, pack format and multipack composition are governed attributes, so a chilled line is only published where your rules allow it and a multipack carries the component data its declaration depends on.

Allergen declarations, nutrition values, ingredient lists, date coding and storage conditions feeding one product record that publishes compliant products to online stores, marketplaces, retail stores and B2B, and holds the rest for review
