Specifications governed once, syndicated to every distributor.
Dimensions, tolerances, materials and certifications live once, and every distributor feed, webshop and datasheet is generated from it.

Where a manufacturer's catalog drifts apart
Where the work goes when product data has no single home.
4 gaps one governed record closes
The same part is described one way in the ERP, another in the distributor feed, and a third on the webshop, so a buyer comparing two sources sees two different products.
Specifications live in spreadsheets and PDF datasheets, so a tolerance correction reaches the datasheet and never reaches the channels quoting from it.
Each distributor wants a different file layout, unit convention and taxonomy, and every one is produced by hand each time the range changes.
A superseded part keeps being quoted because the replacement relationship exists in someone's head rather than on the record.
The rules refuse before a wrong spec is quoted.
Your own rules decide what a product record is allowed to be. Required specification fields per product family, unit conventions, certification validity, documentation presence, supersession links: modeled once, then enforced on every write, whoever or whatever made it. A part that fails is held for review instead of reaching a distributor. Agent Flow completes what is missing from the ERP and PLM, Agent Sync carries it to each destination in the layout that destination requires, and Agent Price derives list and contract pricing from the rules you set.
- 01
Specifications as governed fields
Dimensions, tolerances, materials, load ratings and operating ranges are structured attributes with units, not prose inside a description. A value outside the range your rules allow is held rather than published, so a buyer never quotes from a number nobody checked.
- 02
Part numbers and supersession on the record
Manufacturer part number, distributor SKU, UPC and customer-specific numbers are governed together, with supersession and replacement links held on the record itself. A discontinued part points at its replacement everywhere it appears, in one write.
- 03
Distributor feeds without hand-building files
Each distributor's layout, unit convention and taxonomy is a shape of the same governed record. Agent Sync produces the file or API payload each one expects, so adding a distributor is a mapping rather than another spreadsheet to maintain.
- 04
Certifications and documentation that expire
CE, UL, RoHS, REACH and similar certifications carry validity dates on the record. Agent Scheduler flags a certification before it lapses and your rules hold the product from channels that require it, rather than letting an expired claim stay live.
- 05
Datasheets generated, not maintained
A datasheet is rendered from the governed record, so the PDF a buyer downloads and the data a marketplace shows cannot disagree. Correct the record once and every surface that quotes it is correct.
