Medical product data a clinician and a buyer can both rely on.
Device identifiers, sterility, compatibility and procurement attributes on one governed record that distributors and buyers can rely on.

Where medical product data becomes a clinical risk
Where the work goes when product data has no single home.
4 gaps one governed record closes
A device identifier is entered differently in the procurement catalog than in the ERP, so the item ordered is not reliably the item received.
Sterility, single-use status and latex content are described in free text, so a search for a latex-free item cannot be trusted.
Compatibility between a device and its consumables lives in a PDF, not on the record, so the wrong consumable reaches a ward.
Instructions for use are revised, and the previous version remains wherever it was uploaded channel by channel.
Attributes a clinical decision can rest on.
In healthcare the cost of a wrong attribute is not a return. Your rules model what a device record must carry (identifiers, sterility, single-use status, materials and allergens, sizing, compatibility, current instructions for use) and enforce them before anything reaches a procurement catalog or a storefront. Agent Flow completes from your ERP and regulatory sources, Agent Sync shapes the record for each distributor and procurement system, and nothing that fails a rule is published.
- 01
Device identifiers governed as identifiers
UDI, GTIN, catalog number and distributor references are governed together with validation on structure, so what is ordered resolves to the item that ships. A malformed or missing identifier is held rather than syndicated.
- 02
Sterility, single-use and allergens as structured fields
Sterile or non-sterile, single-use or reusable, latex and other allergen content are governed attributes rather than wording inside a description, so a filter for latex-free is answering from data rather than from a phrase someone typed.
- 03
Compatibility on the record
Which consumables fit which device, and which sizes belong to which set, are modeled relationships rather than a table in a PDF. A procurement system can present the right consumable because the relationship is data.
- 04
Instructions for use with revision and effective date
IFU documents are attached to the governed record with revision control. A revision replaces the previous version across every destination at once, so no catalog keeps serving superseded instructions.
- 05
Procurement catalogs without rekeying
GPO, distributor and hospital procurement systems each expect their own structure and identifiers. Each is a shape of the same governed record, so onboarding one is a mapping rather than another catalog to maintain in parallel.
