34 Heritage is a premium menswear brand known for denim and apparel that combine exceptional fit, everyday comfort, and refined style. Designed for a range of body types and personal tastes, its collections feature quality fabrics and thoughtful details. The brand serves major department stores and specialty retailers through its B2B wholesale business, while reaching consumers directly through its retail and online presence in the U.S. and Canada.
The challenge
34 Heritage was growing across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail, but the work behind each product launch remained largely manual. Keeping its U.S. and Canadian Shopify storefronts, NuORDER platforms, retail partners, and Canadian retail store up to date meant managing the same information in several places.
There was no central process for governing product data. Teams prepared and checked updates separately for each destination, adjusting attributes, size conventions, care instructions, and merchandising content to match different requirements. Images, videos, and marketing assets were uploaded independently, adding more work whenever a collection launched or product details changed.
Wholesale required its own version of the catalog. Buyers on NuORDER needed line-sheet-ready collections with complete size runs, delivery windows, wholesale prices, and fabric and fit details. Each season, the team manually prepared that information for NuORDER while maintaining a separate version for Shopify. Keeping both accurate required repeated updates throughout the selling cycle.
Pricing and inventory created similar difficulties. Retail and wholesale prices were manually transferred from the ERP to NuORDER, and wholesale stock was managed separately from Shopify availability. Incoming purchase order quantities, future inventory, and Available-to-Sell (ATS) quantities were not automatically updated across the U.S. and Canadian NuORDER platforms. B2B sales teams lacked dependable information to confirm availability and delivery dates for wholesale customers.
At the Canadian retail store, inventory was reconciled manually with warehouse stock and the Canadian Shopify storefront. Warehouse-to-store transfers and returns were tracked in Excel. Store and online teams could not reliably see what was available or already committed across Shopify POS and the online store.
The result was a growing workload across the business. Sales teams worked without a consistently current catalog, product and marketing teams maintained duplicate content, and operations teams spent time correcting stock discrepancies, pricing inconsistencies, and listing errors. Seasonal launches took longer, operating costs increased, and supporting more customers and sales channels became difficult without adding headcount.
The solution
34 Heritage introduced Qooly AI as its Product Intelligence layer, connecting its ERP with Shopify, NuORDER, its Canadian retail store, and retail partners.
Teams could now manage product information, pricing, and digital assets centrally, with validation and approval workflows controlling what reached each destination. Three Qooly AI Agents handle the preparation, publishing, and inventory synchronization that previously required separate spreadsheets and repeated updates.
Agent Flow
Agent Flow prepares product data for each destination using 34 Heritage's business rules. It checks required attributes, size conventions, care instructions, fabric and fit details, product classifications, media requirements, and pricing rules. Products that fail validation are held for review before publication.
The same product record serves both wholesale and direct-to-consumer needs. For NuORDER, Agent Flow structures size runs, delivery windows, wholesale price tiers, and merchandising details into the format buyers need. For Shopify, it prepares the fields required by each storefront.
AI-powered enrichment supports titles, descriptions, translations, SEO content, and product classification, reducing the work needed to prepare complete listings.
Agent Sync
Once approved, product information, pricing, images, and videos are distributed through Agent Sync to the connected Shopify storefronts, NuORDER platforms, retail systems, and partners.
Teams update product information in Qooly AI, and Agent Sync carries those changes to each destination in its required format. Retail and wholesale prices stay synchronized with the ERP while preserving the pricing assigned to each channel.
Marketing teams also manage digital assets centrally, keeping imagery and video current without uploading the same files separately to every platform.
Agent Stock
Agent Stock keeps inventory synchronized between the ERP, warehouse, U.S. and Canadian Shopify storefronts, NuORDER platforms, and Canadian retail store.
Alongside current stock, it synchronizes incoming purchase order quantities, future inventory availability, and Available-to-Sell (ATS) quantities. Wholesale teams gain the visibility needed to confirm availability and delivery commitments in NuORDER, while online stores reflect current sellable quantities.
For the Canadian store, Agent Stock automates inventory transfer and return workflows between the warehouse and Shopify POS. Store and online teams can see available and committed stock without reconciling separate Excel files.
These connected workflows help reduce overselling, inventory discrepancies, and instances where stock is physically available but missing from the systems used to sell it.
The Impact
Product updates that previously took days now move through validation, enrichment, approval, and publishing in under 30 minutes.
Wholesale and DTC teams work from the same governed product information, formatted for their different needs. Pricing stays aligned with the ERP, and inventory remains synchronized across NuORDER, Shopify, the warehouse, and the Canadian store.
With fewer duplicate updates and manual checks, 34 Heritage can launch collections faster, make more reliable wholesale commitments, and support growth across wholesale and digital sales without adding operational headcount.
